Answer Question
Python Automation Library version 1.2.4: set_layer() not functioning correctly, possible bug
I am trying to automatically create and configure layers using the Python Automation Library version 1.2.4 with PSCAD 4.6.3. When I use the API function "set_layer" on a layer that has been previously created, I am not able to change its state. No error or warning messages are reported back from PSCAD (e.g. stating that the command has failed). This leads me to conclude this may be a bug.
For instance, I use following Python command on an existing layer with state "Enabled" without success:
project.set_layer('my_layer', 'disabled')
