-Go to MyCentre:
-Select "Log In" (top right side of application).
-In the "Username" field, enter your username or e-mail address as registered in MyCentre.
-Select the "Forgot Password?" link.
-Check for an e-mail containing the password reset link. Click on the link.
-Reset your password when prompted (enter your new password twice, then select "Reset Password".
-If you are still unable to log in, there may be an issue with your username or e-mail address. In this case, send an e-mail outlining the issue, along with your MyCentre username, to email@example.com.
